My concern is for American troops who are accused by Iraqi's who are hurt when our troops are defending themselves.  This could cause some troops to hesitate returning fire and thus coat them serious wounds or death.  Also, how about the private companies guarding our diplomats, etc.  Will they end up being kidnaped or killed because someone hesitated?  And who tries the Americans charged with violations.  I can see some bozo officer turning over American troops to the Iraqi's because he/she is afraid to stand up for them.

I would also like to knnow what whizbag approved this, oh wait, Bush is still in charge.
