Iraq is now being run by dozens of petty war lords, most as evil as Saddam Hussein. There's no electiricity most of the time, Baghdad is in ruins, it is ocvered in &amp;nbsp;lakes of raw sewage, there are 4 million refugees and 1 million dead because of this war and little medical care for people dying from cholera and other diseases caused by the hellish environment the Iraqis are forced to live in.
