I just finished reading the book, &amp;quot;Hot, Flat and Crowded&amp;quot; by Thomas Friedman. The book talks about this subject and how the world will enter into a new climate-era age and &amp;quot;a green technology revolution&amp;quot; is needed just like the industrial revolution was needed 150 years ago. I highly recommend this book. There is a whole section on China, where they are headed and relates to this article in a big way.&lt;/p&gt;
