&lt;p&gt;It is good exercise, helps reduce landfills, and if discreetly practiced where no one you know sees you, it's fun.&lt;/p&gt;

Is there anyway to have all the entries on one page or at least a way to arrow thru the pages instead of this More&amp;gt;&amp;gt; crap?? Sorry, I know this isnt your fault, its site design or whatever. I'm in my first few days of vegetarianism and need to pour over your experience to get me thru! Argh! So far I LOVE THIS BLOG and the way you write. Hope I can figure out how to page thru it! I miss the buffalo wings...they are my lifeblood.&lt;/p&gt;
