We've always thought that an excellent concept for a Madden NFL television ad would be one filmed from the point of view of the television set. It would focus squarely on the reactions of actual gamers as they play from their couches, dispassionately capturing every last trash talk, fist pump, despairing howl, high step and controller spike. (Don't act like we're the only ones that get this far into our games. We know you do too.) Proving that great minds think alike, professional photographer Phillip Toledano has posted a short series of portraits doing just that. "I wanted to take portraits of people that would reveal a hidden part of their character," Toledano writes on his Web site. "So I had them play videogames."
