The Valve announcement of "Steamworks" is a huge deal, imagine if MS or Bungied announced that Halo 3's multiplayer interface was able to be used by third party developers? Gears of War could of used it and others as well. Just nail another coffin of GFW Live as being a competitor in the PC world.
