Obama should consider running as an independent if: (1)Hillary insists on taking credit for the Michigan and Florida primaries OR (2) Hillary wins Ohio and Texas with Rush Limbaugh republican votes

If Hillary and the republicans somehow game the system, Obama should run as an independent. Then will see if the republicans still vote for Hillary at the expense of their candidate (McCain). Now there are some republicans that genuily want Obama and will vote for Obama in the general election but the Rush Limbaugh republicans only want to spoil Obama's chances in the primary.

Hillary ENDORSES John Mcain! she said that only she and Mcain are "experienced" enough and Obama only has "one speech in 2002" to show for his record... thatʻs it; nothing else. nada. zippo.

Well well, talk about say and do anything to win; and do her supporters care????

Obama has taken the high road, with his supporters feeling edified with that stance. But if she gets the nomination; and a surge due to her INSULTS to the other Dem. candidate; what is the end result? a busted party; and BAD KARMA.

The real question is how, yet again, Howard Fineman, Jon Alter, NBC and Newsweek...have screwed the pooch on thier political predictions. Hillary won OH and RI by double digits, and she has taken the lead in TX. You would think Fineman and co. would get it through their heads that the VOTERS decide these elections, not Newsweek or NBC. Fineman needs to admit he is a fool, submit his resignation, and beg forgivenesss.

If Hillary Clinton does not step down now, the Democratic Party will lose votes in the November election. Many democratic voters will not go to the polls to vote for her. Hillary, give the majority of voter what they want, or we will all lose out.

BobBrown, I'm somewhat surprised by your comments. I doubt you would be so quick to denounce these Republicans that vote for Democratic candidates if they were voting for Obama, like it was reported last week. Is this only unacceptable when they are voting for Hillary?

Well, looks like Hillary has proven, at least in Ohio and Rhode Island, that dirty politics work. What a lesson to give to our new generation. I don't think the rest of the states will be so quick to buy Hillary's methology of slash-and-burn tactics. Also, there is the case of the delegates. She is still going to be behind on those.

What I do not understand is how people vote for her because of what they percieve Bull Clinton 'GAVE" them during the 90s. I am ashamed of the many women who are supporting Hillary simply because she is a woman. Both of these type of supporters are not looking at what is best for the country as a whole and I find that very tragic. On the one hand we have the faction that is a give me, give me; on the other hand voting for same gender becasue they want to see a woman President. I too, would like to see a woman President in my lifetime, but I want a woman with integrity, honesty, stability, good character, leadership skills and the ability to connect with all people. Hillary is NOT representatives of these traits.

At this point I am not too concerned as I doubt she'll win the nomination. What does concern me is that she will use every dirty trick her evil mind can conjure and that those give me, give me and the poor white single moms with highschool diplomas, GEDs, and below, little old ladies with one foot in the grave, and the Latinos will buy into her slash-and-burn tactics.

I truly believe we are being given the opportunity of our lives to move this country forward and I believe Senator Obama is the one who can bring this country together to reach our highest goals. If we do not grasp this opportunity and run with it, I am afraid our nation will remain stagnant instead of moving to new horizons. This would be very tragic indeed. I shudder at the thought of the Clintons back in the White House. I, do, however, believe that everything happens in God's own time and everything that happens is planned long before we recognize it. Right now I believe God is giving us a unique opportunity. Mr. Obama's champion personality is found in ONLY two (2) percent of our population. Yes, folks, according to analyses that wer done on Hillary, McCain, and Obama, these are their personalities:

Hillary - the supervisor: my way or no way, when things do not go her way she becomes frustrated, angry, and makes rash decisions.

McCain - the promoter: acts on the here and now without thought of future consequences. He is akin to the firefighter who sets fires so he can put them out.

Obama - the champion: indepth thinking, tremendous oratory skills, is able to bring people together for a common purpose, has outstanding judgement, looks at things from several different angles and makes solid decisions. He also has the unique and God-given ability to look forward and see what the majority of us cannot. A good example of that ability is how he perceived the Iraq War and the consequences it would bring. Yes, I know, most people say, "it was only a speech, he wasn't in the U.S. Senate", etc. All I can say is HE CALLED IT RIGHT! In my estimation, this would be a BIG PLUS for our country.

I am sure Niccodemus (sp) was laughed at and taunted. But guess what? His predictions into the future have come to pass. This type of insite is priceless!

As a registered democrat, white, working woman with no college education, demographically, I should be a strong Hilary Clinton supporter. I'm not. I'm for Obama all the way. If I am disapopointed with the Democratic convention and have a choice between McCain, Clinton and Nadar, I could go in any direction. I don't trust Hilary one little bit. I'm a long time admirer or McCain and Nadar, McCain is a bit trigger happy for my liking, but I think he's a man integrity, and Nadar ... well he's in a class of his own. I swore I'd vote for someone I coould really feel GOOD about in 2008, if Obama is off the ticket, I think I'll cast a vote for Nadar. I would rather toss my vote for a man whose Ideals I admire and who I think is honest, and if that cannot be Obama, it will be Nadar. I can't get begind a lot of McCain's policy and my gut tells me Hilary is inherantly power hungry and ruthless.

My hopes still lay in Obama, and I can hardly wait to see a debate between Obama and McCain, two admirable honest men with opposing ideas. It's time America can settle back into what makes this a beautiful and blessed country, and the ideals coming from Obama grabs the heart of what made us great and what will bring us out of this darknes and back into the light. The world is changing, it is becoming more and more global, we can fight it with might, or we can emerge as leaders. Obama is a true leader and a gentleman, and I'd love to see Bill Richardson at his right hand! What a world it could be!

I have to say, it is absolutely wonderful to have hope in politics again! It is wonderful to look at the candidates and see something really beautiful shining through. We're on a ledge right now, teetering. Do we keep on that narrow ledge hoping to not slip, and knowing the ledge leads to more of the same, or take a leap of faith and chose a beautiful future?

Hilary Clinton is simply a political mediocre. She can only act as commander in chief, but never can truly perform that. Compared to her ability she has already gained more than enough. For her, politics is a way of building someone’s carrier. That is why she could compromise with her husband few years ago.

America is a great country, a global leader.

The world is hungry ,for long time, to see an American leader who can be honored as great global hero. Obama is a gift of God for America. So protect him.

Hillary has a good chance of winning the nomination. American people are starting to take a good look at Obama style of politics. They are seeing him not a candidate of hope and change, but one of calculation and cunning. He presents the same old Washington status Que, he said he wasn't but does accept "bundled" contributions from "lobbyists groups" as well as "bundled funds" from labor unions and Democrat 527 organizations. As for Richardson and Edwards: mark my words, they will endorse Hillary. These long time pliticians know the strengths of these candidates and they'll go with Hillary. No question about.

I've got a question that no one has been asking. Will all these young kids be there in November to vote for Obama? And is anyone sure that Hillary's backers will vote for Obama if he is the Democatic choice? That is why neither of these two top Democats have endorsed either choice. I'm a Pennsylvania democrate and an older voter, I won't be backing Obama in November. I find him arrogant and pompous like some college professor looking down his nose at people who don't think like him. How is he going to be able to talk to "the little Bantum Rooster in Iran" or Putin's "puppet" in Russia or even the "Dictator" of Syria if this his attitude toward them? They'll eat him for lunch!

I am very disillusioned that Clinton won by throwing the sink at Obama. I am a Democrat who will stay home rather than vote for a Swift Boat Demoncratic candidate whose arrogance and unwillingness to admit mistakes would give us Bush lite. My husband is a Republican who would have voted for Obama, but will now vote for McCain. The Democratic party will lose 2 votes in our household if Clinton is the Nominee. I think there are like minded voters nationwide.
