L.A or Calif should not pat 1 penny for this. They should demand that the Jackson trust pay back ALL the $ that went out for this or all the fanatics of MJ shell out of their pockets! As it is the State will be sending IOU's to the people HOW CRAZY IS THAT ARNOLD n LOS ANGELES MAYOR VILLAREGOZA?????

Its nice to know that Cali doesn't mind laying off teachers because of the budget crisis, but they dont mind shelling out 4 million for his funeral costs to the city.
