That, of course, was the graphic metaphor used by John Nance Garner, vice president under FDR, who equated the vice presidency to just that — a worthless collection of fresh urine. Oh, look how far we've come.

re: Joint Chiefs

Joe Biden is a real man. I trust him. He will do his best for America. Obama was smart to select Joe. This team is the best we have seen to address our problems. These problems are eight years in the making. Plus we have the Clinton s on the international front to advance the world economy.

Joe Biden can handle our security issues. He loves America and I really trust him. Obama is smart to trust a man with guts. Joe will make a good fight for working people. He cares about teachers. We should all be proud to support this dream team. I do wish the GOP can help as well. I like Jim Baker. I hope he and Bush 1 can play a role in the new government. Jim Baker can really solve problems.

All in all, President Obama needs are best efforts as our leader. The Brits are key to helping us as well as the French. God Bless America.

I really think Obama wants to govern with the benefit of all his advisors not just those who agree with him. We have had enough from a President who thought listening to other opinions took too much effort. We need more than only the ideas of a few members of an inner circle who all think alike. Lets hope Obama can be an American President not just the President for his own party. That did not work so well for the past eight years. We have had plenty of vinegar, lets try a little honey and see if it catches more flies.

Maybe the Republican Party can learn from this and get rid of their stupid, spineless leaders like Palin and Eric Cantor.
