On Monday, the Florida Democratic party essentially threw its hands in the

re: Florida and Michigan Still Unresolved as Obama and Clinton Positions Harden

clinton is the empty-suit. b/f rushing to release a smear OBAMA memo, lacking all substance, i would think that senator clinton, a lawyer to boot, would have addressed the legal complications. i read the memo released by the obama camp and it was thorough with valid points. an equally thorough memo from clinton's camp would have been preferable. i am determined never to cast that vote for that lady. i have seen and heard enough.

split the delegates 50/50 for fl and mi or no deal period! frankly, neither obama nor clinton were overly concerned with the disenfranchisement of the voters. if they were, both of them would have fought to seat the delegates from the get go. to do anything other than split the votes 50/50, so no one candidate benefits, yet each state gets to have their voices heard is the only logical thing to do. anything else will be viewed as cheating period! hrc supporters and obama supporters alike need to push for a 50/50 split and move on.

They don't honor the rules that they knew the consequences of 18 months ago. They don't honor the rules that "illegal" means NOT LEGAL.

It doens't matter the situation--Break the Rules.

The only thing that appears important right now, is re-running "selected clips" from 36 yrs of Wright's sermons. To try to gear people away from a candidate who might have the capability of 'BRINGIN THE COUNTRY TOGETHER.

But, between the Media and the Racist---THINGS WILL STILL REMAIN THE SAME AS THEY HAVE BEEN FOR THE LAST 50+ decades.---It's so Sad

Michigan and Florida in an effort to make their vote more powerful than others by breaking the rules would have been in the most powerful position had they simply followed the rules. This is not a problem. The rules says your delegates don't get seated if they violate the DNC rules. Back in September HRC thought she would have the nomination locked up by February only to find herself woefully behind. And now she has resorted to what she is good at back room arm twisting and backstabbing.

I'm not in the minority when I say if HRC gets the nomination by way of wheeling & dealing and not by the will of the Democratic voters I'm simply not voting at all. And I don't care if the likes of Rush Limbaugh wins the presidency. At least we'll all die together along with the war monger Republicans.
