For me, Edwards was a complete package. &amp;nbsp;I did not want the distraction of race and gender (or religion), not with so much at stake, as a result of the Bush Administration; my fellow Democrats (and the Media) saw it differently. &amp;nbsp;Are elections about values and &amp;nbsp;principles, or appearances? &amp;nbsp;Is sweating the small stuff what we Americans do best?&lt;/p&gt;
