She may not have gotten this far without him, but is he preventing her from getting to the finish line?"

Nope. She's preventing herself from getting to the finish line. She can only ride her husband's coattails so far. At some point she'll have to stand on her own two feet. To her credit, I'll say she has tried to do just that. Once she finished touting her "experience" of being close to Bill, she then does make a case for her own qualifications. The problem is, people aren't that impressed with her when she's not standing next to Bill. On her own she's constantly either talking down to voters, acting as though she were a kindergarten teacher trying to make her students understand something that's just beyond their grasp, or shrilly making excuses and laying blame for imperfections and shortcomings that may or may not actually exist.

Simply put, Hillary is unpalatable. She's smart. She's driven. She works very hard. But people just don't like her. She IS the Reese Witherspoon character from Election, only with a chip on her shoulder. Unfortunately for her, she can't claim Bill's charisma in the same way she claims his job experience. Some things just can't be faked.

She can do it on her own......but she will clean up another one of Bill's messes. Bill you are over protected to Hillary....Bill let her fall on her own she will stand and brush herself off....and start again. If she loses the only person she can blame will be herself. Go back to your office in NYC....or go under a rock with Mrs. Obama. Hillary will call if she needs you.

Bill still has this thing about if a Clinton says it, therefore it's so. Regardless if it's true or not. No one questions the content of what the Clinton's say. Bill is so head strong about this, he's going to use his over active imagination like Hillary has to make it so. Now we know where Hillary gets her over active imagination. Can you imagine a conservation between Bill and Hillary in private. Hillary did the same for Bill when he was President caught with Monica. Hillary said there's nothing there, because all Bill was doing was ministering to Monica. In order to get and remain in power I don't think theres anything these two wouldn't say on the behalf of the other. To the Clinton's things like the truth, people, votes, Super Delegates, experiences and issues are nothing but tools used to get what they want. Hillary was right, she is the most experienced politician.
