Senator Obama's comments were not condescending, he was obviously telling it as he saw it. People do become discouraged and a bit bitter when they work so darn hard and their salary just is not enough to really live comfortably. Yes, Hillary and McCain immediately pounced on Senator Obama. Geeze, if Senator Obama "pounced" on of Hillary's fraudulant claims to experience and all her lies, Hillary would have been gone a long time ago. But then again, it doesn't take very much for Hillary to react like a an enraged hyena. Speaking of hyenas, she did her infamous cackle today when asked if Bill Clinton's dealings with Colombia were a conflict of interest. She cackled, acted like an embarrassed young teenage girl, went all around the question, and never answered it. By the way, Hilllary, it is a conflict of interest....Bill took the $800,000.00 from Colombia in JUlY (?) 2007! You show it on your tax returns, it is a joint return, and your earnings are comingled; therefore, IT IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! And that is EXACTLY why you did NOT answer the question! Hillary, you have lied your way throughout your campaining and we have learned to read you, quite accurately, I might add.

IF I lived in PA I would email old Obama and let him know he is so dead wrong about us. If he said that about PA what is he going to tell other countys about us. We have lost job here in Ohio too. So what he saying about us in Ohio. We all need to email him and let him know that he lost your vote in november. I know I am not voting for him in november. I guess i go republican he is a little better than Obama. If he get in we all will be hurting. He is a little puppy dog with his trail between his legs when he doesn't get his own way cry baby cry Obama when you lose big in PA. I see. Obama's goal in this campaign is to insult the people he wants to get votes from, is that right. Obama says he understands why the people are bitter and thats looking down on people? What if Obama didn't address how the people felt. What if Obama just said who cares why the people are bitter. Would that have made Hillary feel better. The claim Obama looks down on people isn't even worth a witch hunt. Hillary's imagination is far superior to either Obama's or McCain's and this is what she came up with. If Obama looks down on people, he wouldn't have waited until he got to Pennsylvania. Nor would Obama be ahead in this race. Could it be maybe thats why Hillary is losing. No matter how you dress Hillary up, she always seems to be talking down to people.

Obama speaks to the best of who we are. Bitterness as jobs leave, as support for families disappear, as our children die in Iraq? You better believe it. Why not speak about circumstances that make it more likely that we will have one position rather than the other? It is like criticizing someone for saying that wealthy Americans endorse policies that protect and multiply their assests and they would be bitter if, through a fair tax code, they couldn't leave their entire vase fortune to their children and to generations that follow. Get real guys. Hillary is fairly lambasted for telling lies, but Obama shouldn't be lambasted for telling the truth!

Obama speaks differently to different audiences. He is the ultimate panderer. Had he not been talking to the very elite Marin County donors, he would not have made the statement that he did. And he also would not have made the statement if reporters had been in the meeting. The person who recorded his comments was not a member of the press.

Obama supporters are in denial about their guy. They make statements like, "he speaks to who we are." Please. They refuse to believe that he is not the person that have been sold. He has been marketed by the media and his trainers and they should never allow him to speak on his own. The press does their level best to cover up for him though. He is much better (for his koolaid drinkers) when he uses someone's words other than his own. He is a very naive, inexperienced person who will bring great harm to the US. It is really scary that he has gotten this far. Can you imagine this person dealing with foreign digitaries. What would he tell them? Really scary.

Hillary talks against free trade while her husband and her campaign manager have their hands out to any and every free trade organization wanting to buy a little influence. In essence, he helps to finance her campaign by opposing her views. If she is elected he will be able to put the lobbyists money to good use. She will be able to adjust her position since she won't need the voters of Pennsylvania anymore, Only the Clintons' could run together while one pretends to support an issue and the other actively accepts money to oppose it. Only the Clintons' could use his experience as President to justify her qualifications to be President and at the same time emphasize her independence from him on tricky issues like free trade. Enough voters in Pennsylvania may be fooled again by Hillary and Bill, but not enough voters elsewhere have been or will be.

Why is what Obama said considered a gaffe? I am a middle class blue collar worker. As are my co-workers and some friends. What Obama said is true. They are bitter. You in the media love this battle. But I tell you as a supposed Hillary demographic. I have discussed my support for Obama with others and took heat for it. But I will continue and for all those Obama dissers out there. Ya know what if he is a lousy President you can vote him out in 4 years. I thought America rooted for the underdog. Obama even though he leads is theunderdog. Clintons once again are showing they will say anything to win. When in fact they do the opposite. I voted twicefor bill and it's time this country moved away from the Bush's and the Clintons.
