But since she knows that she can't overtake Obama's lead in delegates and the popular vote, she's asking superdelegates to ignore the will of the people and vote for who they think would be the stronger candidate, which she argues is her.

Now more than ever, its clear that Hillary doesn't care about the people. She cares about winning the nomination, and will use whatever rationale and tactics to reach that goal.

My biggest question for all those Hillary hacks is: WHY is she trailing him on EVERY COUNT? Call him black, call him oreo, call him empty suit, call him whetver comes to your infantile minds, but doesn't the fact that he is AHEAD tell you something powerful about both him and Hillary? This was Hillary's race to lose, from Jumpt Street, and she went out and ran a hard race, yet came up very short. How can you blame Obama for the way Hillary ran her race? Moreover, if she can't run a simplt campaign, how can she be trusted to run the world's most powerful nation from the White House? Blame Hillary, not Obama!

I have read his books and listened to his speeches and felt inpired by his vision of American unity to become the best we can be, domestically and internationally. I went out and canvassed on his behalf and I am a middle-aged white woman living in Indiana. I was joined by other middle aged white women, men, the young and old and poeple of every race and color, gender and sexuality who were equally galvanized. He is not muslim or unamerican and those who belive so have been duped by the usual republican't smear machine. This is a man who loves the country sufficiently to see how great it can be. Regardless, what I fail to understand is why Hillary dems would destroy the party before supporting the democratic values that she and barak hold dear. It would be a slap in her face. Most serious Obama supporters would have got behind Hillary for the good of the party even though she was not our first choice. We need to unite- no matter the leader- to espouse the values of our party, not endorse a third -term Bush right-wing panderer so that we can suffer for yet another 4 years. Try and find the best part of yourself and move forward for the greater good.

After all, it's her only hope to run in 2012.

political process that they are traveling, hitch-hiking, sleeping on floors, in cars,

etc. Thisi is WONDERFUL for our country. Quite frankly, after watching

old white men (for the most part) for years, I am ready for BIG CHANGE.

The "good 'ole boys" are terrified of losing their power. Well, WHAT HAVE

THEY DONE FOR YOU LATELY?? i would like the bloggers on here

to list what any Republican has ever done to help them.

If we democrats do not elect a democrat in November, we deserve to keep

paying high tasxes, supporting the rich folks (who pay LESS taxes, etc.

I have been to several congressional offfices in DC and locally. They

tell me that very few citizens ever call them, much less go to see them.

Insteasd, special interest groupss do this along with PACS.

This is what Obama is trying to tell you -- when something needs changing

or revising, call your congressman/woman; call your local newspapers,

write a letter to the editor. Go to the web and look up what bills

are being submitted and get your opinion to your elected offricials.

If you don't wsnt to do this on your own, then join a group similar to

MoveOn.org, or Results.com; etc., and research tjheir issues and add

your voice.

If you are unwilling to participate, then I say you have no voice in

blogging w/out facts, substrance, etc.

So far as who is voting for whom, all races, all ages, all types have been voting

for both candidates and will in the November election. To say otherwise

is to think democrats are stupid enough to put our country into more major

chaos than Bush has done --which is GAWDAWFUL.

I am a retired manager from a huge corporation aqd am a white, 66 year old woman.

We are not fickle the way the aforementioned in this article are...we don't pander to political sways and are not mesmerized by a wolf in sheep's clothing....the democrat party is in shambles with incompetent leaders like Dean and Obama at the helm....I'd rather register as an independent than be aligned with a party that seems to care more about style over substance and celebrity over reality.....remember 50% of democrats who have voted are for Hillary, its not like Obama has overwhelmingly beat her....tell me how he can repair this rift? He is an elitist no different than Kerry another incompetent.....I thought this election would be about change but its really more about the good ole boys club....and the true "ism" in this election is not racism but rather sexism......I am disheartened and dismayed.....in conclusion I live in Florida and can't fathom how these ridiculous "super delegates" votes matter and mine does not....I guess we are not all created equal

She hangs on to the past, appealing to the people who were against blacks from the beginning of US and doesn't know that we are in the 21st century where things have changed. She just demands her coronation and no one is with her on that, except for a few bigots!

Finally, there seems to be a chance for a change in the future. Obama should NOT pick her for VP, she doesn't hold the same values and principles, she is the old, political game playing, negative leader. Good bye Clinton. The more she hangs on the worse her image gets. People are trying to be nice now, but it will be an easy, fast downhill slide for her soon. She looks crazy on the tube, as does her husband, another who waits for her coronation. It's sad. The comment that she really cares about people, only shows the delusion her followers have because she really only cares about HERSELF and the crown on her head.

I would love to see a woman become President and I'm now confident that will happen in my lifetime, but this country does not need a Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton dynasty and we desperately need someone who unites people. I'm sorry you think Obama is arrogant because I find him to be insightful and empowering. Hillary on the other hand is acting like the kid who has been told she was going to win a contest so often that she believes its her right to win and she is hurting the party and helping McCain by continuing this charade. And if "democrats" decide to vote for McCain because they are upset that their candidate didn't win, then this country is in serious trouble... By the way, my mother and her sister (both white females in their 70's are big supporters of Obama). Obama will not be a puppet and there is no reason to think that he doesn't care about people as much if not more than Hillary - he certainly has more true familiy life experiences around the world...

Those who are supporting her by donating money or working for her campaign at this juncture are just wasting their assets and increasing the number of McCain votes this fall.

Frankly, I don't care whether you LIKE Obama or not. I just want you to do the right thing and vote for the Democratic candidate, who WILL be Barack Obama.

I am a 50 year old white female. The candidate of my choice is neither black nor female. My candidate is an honest, creative, brilliant politician who took huge risks early in this campaign to do something different. This candidate raised money like no one before, and set a new precedent. This candidate ran an incredibly efficient and extremely well organized campaign from the ground up. This candidate has kept cool under intense character assassinations and misjudgments, and vowed to stay on the high road when advisors were recommending counter-attacks.

Again, my candidate could be white, black, Hispanic, female or male. It is the person, Barack Obama, I have selected, not his color. For the same token, I am not voting against Hillary because she is female. She is simply not the candidate I believe in. I would like to believe I speak for the other Obama supporters as well. Please do not trivialize this election by calling it a race or gender issue. I am voting for character.

I really understand your frustration but it's not Obama who made his victories happen but the people who voted for him. The people have spoken. That's the beautiful thing about democracy, people can vote for who they want and for each of us, it's a personal decision. I'm a hard-core democrat and the bottom line is that be it Sen Obama or Sen Clinton, we as democrats have to look at the bigger picture. I seriously considered Sen. McCain at one point when he first announced his candidacy because of his 'straight-shooting" but his gun barrels have warped and he's missing the target like President Bush has been. The country can't stand another Bush 'carbon-copy' running the same type of programs and politics. The economy stinks and has stunk since he's taken office. Yes, it's highly unlikely that Sen Clinton will prevail and if she's the Democrat that she portrays, she needs to take a strong look at her standing politically and make a decision that is best for the party, let go of her pride, and accept the fact that the people have spoken. Nobody twisted the arms of Obama or Clinton voters, they made their choices. As Democrats, we need to accept the fact that Sen Obama is going to be the nominee. November is fast approaching and Democrats need to unite. Some may not like how things worked out, but we have to accept and life goes on. If you decide to vote for Sen McCain, I can accept and respect that because that is your choice. That's the beauty of our country, we can agree to disagree. No matter how it ends up, the people will make the decision themselves because we're not robots. Don't despair because no matter what happens, the people will make their choice. Just remember, we're the only country in the world that witnesses the most powerful person in the world assume or leave the office of the President of the United States, and there's no revolution...just a peaceful transition. This is why America is so great. Keep your head up, it will be alright.

You can see all the voting anyone has done on line. What big thing has McCain done and Clinton done? Washington does not work well enough for anyone to get things done has it should be. Reason why the brilliant man who knows constitutional law unlike Bush, who has written 2 books and has been elected to the senate and run for president and has a grand campaign , well organized fueled by real people with their cash, people who can read and learn the facts about a candidate, is running for president, unlike some people who can barely read but are quick to make judgement.

Learn how to think for yourselves.

At least with Hillary as president I can be sure my son will have a chance to pursue an education without having to pay outrageous interest. And I repeat this, as a female democrat and Hillary supporter I will not vote for Obama. He does not have the experience or the guts to lead this country.

She's not a quitter.

I'm sure we haven't seen the worst of what this guy has yet to reveal to us, willingly or not. He's the one who will do anything to get elected. Look at what he's gotten away with as he continues down the rosy garden path with Russert leading the way. That interview on Meet the Press was laughable. I've never seen Russert so careful with anyone else on an interview as to not let Obama slip up, He even answered a question for Obama so all he had to do was say yes/no.

What about about the spousal influence of a Michelle Obama.
