But none of them have the privilege of hosting the party's last, most important battle. That honor goes instead to Washington, D.C. What sense does that make? Even if you want to say he did the right thing to increase his advantage -- well, how is this evil. Please explain.

You probably would have flat out called her the devil. Obama has been sleezy with this whole delegate thing. If he was so confident in his "win" which he seems to be, why not just let Hillary have what she wants and be done with it? Well the reason why? Because he's afraid. At this point, whatever, I'm sure he'll still end up on top, enough to win the nomination and lose the general election. So really it's a moot point anyway, because he will probably get the nomination, but that's the end of the line for him. McCain's already started putting him in his place, calling him on his bluff in Iraq, and his lack of experience. I've blogged on here before fighting for Hillary and you said she wasn't experienced, well, I'm on McCain's team now, so what is it you were saying about lack of experience? Hillary's might have been questionable, but McCain, a seasoned war veteran and politician, what about his experience? I'm confident McCain can do the job. (If of course Hillary can't wrestle the nomination away)

Clinton completely opposed recognizing Michigan and Florida until after the primaries--i.e., when she realized she might need their delegates to win the nomination. As she said during an interview with New Hampshire Public Radio in October 2007, "it's clear that this election they're having [in Michigan] is not going to count for anything."

She wasn't alone, either. Two months earlier, Clinton adviser Harold Ickes actually voted to strip the rogue states of their delegates as a member of the DNC's Rules and Bylaws committee--"to prevent the gaming of the system," he said. Later than fall, Patti Solis Doyle, then Clinton's campaign manager, pledged not to compete in either contest--and was unequivocal as well. "We believe Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina play a unique and special role in the nominating process... and the DNC's rules and its calendar provide the necessary structure to respect and honor that role," she said. "Thus, we will... adhere to the DNC-approved nominating calendar."

Its laughable that you would suggest that Obama should just let Hillary have what she wants. What kind of person just concedes? You make it out to seem that just because he knows he will win the nomination that he is a scumbag. He followed the rules and did not campaign there. What else do you want? He did not make the rules and he has no influence over them. so just get off of it ok. If you have a problem with the guy dont use this to insult him. That is just plain sleezy. My name is also R Dominguez - your a disgrace to the name.

So im not worried about you voting for Mccain.

---------

Anyway, what they should do is seat half of each states delgates. I believe that was the original agreement.

Obama chose to take his name off the MI ballot - tough luck - he gets no delegates

Clinton would have gotten 73-- so give her 37

in FL she would have gotten 90 - so give her 45

Obama would have gotten 61 - so give him 30

Total

Clinton 83

Obama 30

Then let her make her case to the supers

Even if all the delegates got seated and counted she still would not have enough pledged delegates

but at least she would be in reach and make her case to the supers

And uh, I'm old enough to vote, while I am in my 20's I plan on using my age to try and get others in my age group over to McCain and actually I'm having great success with it.

Anyhow cnn, don't you have something else to do??? Mr. or Mrs. Dominguez? Miss Jackson if ya nasty. hahahaha

Today, Obama has the power to prevent re-vote on said states. Let us submit to their power.

This coming November, it is the turn of the Democrats to have their power to vote for President of the United States of America. Our battle cry will be : Remember Florida and Michigan! No to Obama, yes for McCain!

Long time ago, a crowd brought a woman who broke a law to Jesus and said, 'the law commanded us, that such should be stone: but what sayest thou? This woman was fortunate that she was not brought to people whose thinking are like the DNC and Obama's, for they would say 'A rule is a rule. Stone her! Stone her!'

Jesus did not condemn her but gave her a chance. That woman went on to become one of the most faithful followers of Jesus.

Had the DNC and Obama would have been magnanimous to Florida and Michigan, perhaps, those Democrats would be very faithful to the end.

Obama missed the chance to be one of the greatest Americans in history had he shown an act of forgiveness and kindness to them. Instead, he showed a character lacking in greatness. He would rather suppress the fundamental principle of democracy, the freedom to vote, than lose his chance to be the nominee.

In November, I will have the power to vote for the right candidate. This time, DNC and Obama will not be able to suppress it.

Ther republicans deisgned this and you IDIOTS who feed into it and say "wwwwaaaaahhhh!, I'm gonna vote for McBush" are exactly what BUSH, ROVE, the REPUGS, and for that matter HillaRove are counting on, you are bring lead by fear AGAIN!!!! WAKE UP WHINNERS! She lost because she opened her mouth, period. She showed her true "colors" (or hate for them). You can cry about "black votes" and FL/MI, but the only thing that destroyed HillaRove Clinton, was herself, ans a little help from her hubby.

If she cared about anything more than herslef and wining, she would be trying to unite behind the TRUE WINNER and move forword together, OBAMA WILL DEFEAT MCCAIN, don't be fooled by the KARL ROVE MAPS HILLARY LOVE TO QUOTE...KARL ROVE, what now he's a friend to the Democrats or Americans? Is he not under subpeona for he ILLEGAL INVOLVEMENT of the ILLEGAL TERMINATION of US attorneys for POLITICAL reasons (republican reasons)? That's HillaRove's source for the "math" and "maps", KARL ROVE AND HILLARY CLINTON, huh, kinda like GEORGE BUSH and JOHN McCain.

Hillary has voted with BUSH for the WAR, Voted just last year with CHENEY on his "energy bill", and now not only does she call for war with Iran, and want to inflict "MASS RETALLIATION" on just about anybody who even look at Israel, but she has resorted to quoting KARL ROVE! to back her position, she and her sheeple are so desperate that KARL ROVE is the only place she can validate her "case"...THINK ABOUT THAT...KARL ROVE, JOHN MCCAIN, DICK CHENNEY, GEORGE BUSH, and HILLARY CLINTON, what a group, Hillary is only a half a step left of Lieberman...and that is scary.

OBAMA-NATION!!!

Can any of you tell me what that experience is? It's not Military, he had ONLY 20hrs of combat and had crashed 4 or 5 jets, prior to being shot down and captured, you can now see the film of him in his BED in his cell in Viet Nam, having a cigarette and waiting either for his Admiral Dad to come get him out or to do his next propaganda film for the VC.

So then what, his "government" experience? I can sum that up in just a few short but very effective points:

1. Charles Keating/SNL Scandal

2. Temper/Age/willingness to go to WAR

3. Siding with Bush on EVERYTHING CRUTIAL (war, Iran, economy, rich man tax cuts)

4. POWs that hate him for what he claims to be, look it up, don't take my word for it.

5. His own claim of exp. but he forgets he has flopped on just about everything he has "stood for".

And that's just a few, but hell, if even 1 is dead on (all are, look it up) that's all it takes to completely discredit him.

He was meant to be defeated by Hillary, so she LOOKED like she had a "strong opponent", than something happened they Neither party expected...OBAMA!!!

When it began Hillary thought she could count on the "racism" of Americans to make him go away...wrong!

IN FACT even if you use the "90 black vote" bullsh!t, Blacks only account for 12.8% of the entire population of the US, Obama only gets "90%" of those (11.52% of all blacks in US) and that does not take into account age, registration, etc. So where does the remaining 41,5% of Obama's support come from?....OMG! NOOO!!!

Whites are voting for him too, OMG!!! So what happens next? HillaRove spins the NC results (obama wins 93% of black vote) to equal the entire country, problem is once again, HillaRove's Math, she can't explain, none of you Hillerites can, the 41.5% of actual voters (not bullsh!t polls) who support OBAMA.

Hey if you can I can't wait to hear about it, what are you gona say...FL?...MI?...ok, ignore the rules completely and count ALL "popular" votes, but then you HAVE to include the caucus states, whoops...OBAMA WINS!

Seat half of FL and MI...OBAMA STILL WINS :( awe...

Mccain will NOT win no Matter what ;) he is a sad joke, and now they are all DESPERATE, except one, and he has kept his cool through out.

OBAMA-NATION!!!

Hillary's defenders are protesting loudly. The media is doing its best, to spin the view that Hussein could defeat McCain(LAUGHABLE). Hussein is pissed and sweatin'. At least when he isn't showing off his erection to the camera(YouTube and NASTY). His former ridin' partner Larry Sinclair and his attn. Montgomery Sibley, have called a press conference. This is better than Sex and the City.

Sinclair is about to have his day in the Sun. The can is off the worms(no pun intended). AND The Chosen One had better pray to Allah that good buddy, Tony the Syrian doesn't get convicted. CAUSE if he does, he will be facing 30 yrs. Fed Time. It will be time to sing like a canary. And we all know whose name will be mentioned prominently.

The result is pure flip flop. The people in charge of all of this are supposed to be educated, but this is third grade quality. A mess too big to clean up. Worse than the Exxon Valdez oil spill. No matter how hard you try, a lot of birds died in the oil spill and a lot of Florida and Michigan votes will go awry in the convention. Let this be a lesson to clean up our electoral systems.

I can't stand to see Cuba offer again to come over and help police our precincts as they offered to help Florida in the 2000 Election. What satire! You deserved it, Florida.

I can assure you that the Republican won’t have any trouble with this come November.

Remember one single argument! Just after the start of the primary, the news was what would happen if Obama had the popular vote and the Super Delegate would nominate Hillary.

Guess what, no one is wanting to talk about Hillary having the popular vote and the Super Delegate choosing Obama. That is because this will not make the Black Voters mad.

Obama will take the nomination without Florida and Michigan Votes because he is used to it. In 1996, he eliminated allt he opponents by "Chicago Style Politics" before any one got into ballat. He was the only one in the ballat.

Now, after he took out his own name from Michigan, and he advertised in Florida he is calling for the DNC rule. Let me tell you that there is no rule greater than votes when choosing a candidate.

The race started with all presidential candidates having the same number of delegates - zero! First, it was going to be over by super Tuesday, and that never materialized. Then it was because of the blacks just as it was with Jesse jackson. Then, superdelegates were all in it for the Clintons and they were going to come to her. Then, it was the fact that she was electable, only she and Mcsame were. He was not. Then, she was more electable than he was but she was sure he was going to beat Mcsame, only that she would beat Mcsame by a bigger margin. Then it was experience - she had plenty and he had none. Then, it was all going to be over by super Tuesday. Then he was a racist. Then he couldn't win the white vote. Then he was an elitist. Then he had no judgement for 20 years. Then, it was because he outspent her, as if it was his problem she couldn't raise money or that he was responsible somehow for her campaign's lack of financial discipline. Then, it was that if Michagan and Florida went against the rules, their votes shouldn't count. Then it was about whomever has the most delegates. Then it was that Michigan and Florida should count. Then it was who can win the big state. Then, no, it was about who can win the swing state. Then it was Bosnia and all the World War that went on over there with Chelsea and Sinbad. Then it was not whomever had the most delegates, it has always been about who has the most vote - THE POPULAR VOTE, stupid! Didn't you know that? Then it wasn't about the rules because elected delegates, which by the way is a reflection of the popular vote - the reason why such a compromise was made to begin with - did not count. Then it was oh well, you other 48 states who obeyed the rules were stupid to do it. Then the rules count because we will go to the RULES COMMITTEE but we will protest their interpretation of the rules if it involves punishing us for the rules that we follow or (wait a minute ) that we don't follow. Then there was RFK and assasinations. Then there was being disrespected ....

HILLARY WHAT DOES THAT SAY OF YOU IF WITH ALL THESE ACCUSATIONS YOU STILL GET YOUR BUTT KICKED BY THIS SAME INCOMPITENT MAN? IN PARTICULAR, WHEN Y'ALL STARTED WITH 0-0 DELEGATES?

Remember when 'Holier than thou Hillary' was mocking Obama. Preaching, waving her arms, is it going to fall from the sky. Yes, she thought she had this nomination a year ago. She didn't even try the smaller states. Only the Big States mattered to her. Well, guess what Hillary.? All the states matter and all the people. See ya Hillary and Bill. We enjoyed the show, but in the end you did a disservice to all women- of all faiths and colors. Welcome, President Obama....

Give them half of the delegates. It's really not that hard. It would give Hillary her delegates, count Florida and Michigan but still peanlize them somewhat, be fair, and not really change the race.

She'd get 20 more delegates than Obama from Florida and Michigan, significant. Obama's delegate lead would still be well over 100 delegates and we could move forward. That would be reasonable.

So far Obama has lost California, NY, NJ, Penn, OH, FL MI and has won over half of his delagates in states where he has no chance of winning the GE in November. None of this matters to the far left wing of the party who are so concerned with proving thier moral superiority by being the first to nominate a black man that they will do it no matter how many votes they have to disregard and how unelectable Obama is.

To me this proves that what the GOP has said about the DEMs for years is true. They are a disorganized, disloyal coalition of born loosers who base thier decisions on emotion. They have no ideas but simply react to the ideas of others by either supporting them or opposing them vehemently. Obama's foriegn policy is a joke. He looses to McCain by 9 points in the GE and everyone is telling Clinton to withdraw?

If Obama is the nominee expect a third party to emerge and McCain to win.

There needs to be some sort of compromise. The primary system need revision as well. It's too long and too expensive. We can't do that unless we create some sort of rules. Incidentally if Obama is such a loser, why is he ahead in delegate votes?

As a Democrat, I will vote for whomever wins the nomination. That's sportsmanship. All other Democrats should follow suit. Incidentally, to reply to other comments, the GOP's foreign policy based on bomb 'em first ask questions later is truly dangerous. Islamic Fundamentalism is on the rise throughout the Islamic world (including our ally Turkey) The two reasons for this rise is first of all the American presence in Iraq. Secondly, it's the soaring unemployment and economic inequities of the Islamic world. Our decision to turn corn into ethanol has sent food prices throughout the world spiraling - so hundreds of millions of people cannot afford to eat. They will blame the United States. In the meantime global warming proceeds unabated, creating more instability throughout the world. People in this country need to trade places with people in the Third World, so they can see what the problems are. Obama's foreign policy recognizes and addresses these concerns. McCain's foreign policy simply guarantees that the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. That's a recipe for violence, terrorism, and unrest.

Solution.

Seat all the Delagates. Why? Because this is about winning the election and the election is that close. The DEMs need FL and MI and OH which all come into play here.

If Hillary is behind still put her on the ticket as VP. Remember it is that close. Without her Obama cannot win a single Appalachian state. She gets him WV, FL, OH and Penn. This western strategy is a THEORY. PA WV and OH guarantee the Demcrats the presidency and this ticket rewards both candidates hard work. A divided DEM party looses again.

Most people aren't racist. They just don't know Obama. If HIllary backed him I think they would fall in line.

It's the same old stuff.

The latest iteration are Rep. Pelosi's and Sen. Reid's veiled threats to Congress to get this thing in the bag. I keep wondering why they feel as though they have to do this. Doesn't Sen. Obama have enough superdelegates without their arm twisting and threats?

I would love to see the people take back their power from this "leadership." Let's have a National Presidential Primary Day. The top two vote getters, regardless of party, advance to the general election.

Washington State has done this for state level offices. The voters there passed a referendum to make this law. Both parties were so upset that they sued to prevent implementation and lost at the U.S. Supreme Court.

We don't need to put up with this corruption any longer. I'm all for wresting our power back from the DNC and the RNC and the likes of backroom politicians like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Howard Dean.

Today, FoxNews owner Rupert Murdoch ENDORSED OBAMA. Murdoch says that even though he is a Republican and an arch-conservative, he can't possibly vote for McCain, since McCain is "very weak on the economy."

RUPERT MURDOCH PREDICTED THAT OBAMA WILL WIN.

RUPERT MURDOCH IS VOTING FOR OBAMA.

Imagine if FoxNews stops bashing Obama, and begins to support him.

In related news, WARREN BUFFETT, Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway and the richest man in the world, came out in support of Obama recently. Mr. Buffett said that although he admires Hillary Clinton and has supported her in the past, he feels that Senator Obama will do the most good for America, and positively charge the economy.

Warren Buffett and Rupert Murdoch are worlds apart in terms of political ideas, but they each know all there is to know about the economy. They are both wealthy investors and businessmen, and they both know that only Obama has was it takes to turn the around the recession.

It's time to clean out Washington and elect an inspiring visionary President who gets the young people involved in the process. Many of the important initiatives that need to be implemented will take a decade or more to accomplish. That's why it's so important to have a President who is so embraced by the young generation.

McCain's candidacy is going to self-destruct. McClellan's book is just the tip of the Republican iceberg. Let's rally around change for America together. Democrats back in the White House !!!

The first primary/caucaus is the stage when candidated get winnowed out. Candidates attach a lot of importance to the first caucus/primary and hence the issues of that state get a lot more importance that the issues affecting the state that conducts primary at the tail end. Iowa is a farm state and hence the current structure makes sure that each candidate has a farm policy that is appealing to the farmers. MI on the other hand is automobile based. Because it is not the first state to conduct primary, candidates can easily take position that is not in the interest of the automobile lobbyists. We saw this when Obama criticized the automakers for not keeping up with japanese competition. He couldn't have crticized the current farm policy which gives huge subsidies to farmers.

It is all about deciding who gets to be the Presidential nominee of the Democrats. Remember, Republicans are not clamoring for seating all the delegates from FL/MI. (I think they stripped half the delegates). Based on the current count, BO is leading the delegate count in Democrats. So when all the fluff is removed from the issue, it is all about HILLARY CLINTON WANTING TO CLINCH THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMANATION. period. Initially she used various clever and innovative mathematics to prove that she is ahead in the delegate count. Since there are no takers for it, she has resorted to two arguments - that she is more electable based on independent polls and that FL/MI delegates when seated would give her the majority count. Her position on electability bsaed on independent polls is all hot air. If that was the deciding criteria, one could easily do away with the entire primary/caucus process and get a marketing agency to conduct opinion poll and decide on a presidential nomination.

In a way, Hillary is a lot like Bush - adamant, would not listen to experts and has a sense of entitlement.

As a Floridian, I, and 850,000 others who voted for Hillary, are LIVID that we have not been allowed to participate in this process. Obama and the party elite have done everything in their power to exclude us. Six months ago seating half of the delegation would have been acceptable, now it is not. Hillary supporters are generally loyal, moderate Democrats with long memories. The entire DNC needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. This process has been an outrage, and a slap in the face to loyal democrats.

Most often, though, it is the citizens of that nation that suffer rather than the real perpetrators of such crimes. While it is somewhat unfair, it cannot be completely dismissed that sometimes the decisions that leaders make have an unintended consequence on the very people they govern and seek to protect. BUT there is a reason why the are the courts and law enforcement and rules committees. It is that, they write, enforce and interprete the law. If we all agree to a law - one which Hillary called fair to the people of Iowa - we must obey them or not agree to them in the first place. I am sorry but there are 50 states and the other 48, who could have bended the rules to suit their own selfiich agenda, deserve not to be punished by not doing anything to Michigan and Florida as if nothing happened. Do we honestly expect this not happening again with other states if the DNC doesn't punish MI and FL? Our whole consept of democracy is based on compromise. The congress, the media, and even the citizens always compromise. We do. It is a necessary consequence of democracy. So, let it be known that there is a reason why Iowa and New Hampshire and others were chosen first and not Texas, or California, or Florida, or Michagan or .... It is the same reason why there are more house members than senators; it is the same reason why the president can override a proposed law by congress but congress can also override the president's vote with a majority rule. Yes, it is to ensure checks and balance, but also true is that these checks and balance stem from the difference that might exist between us and ensuring that often requires a great deal of compromise from all sides. Mrs. Clinton should know this from her "experience" in the senate. More so, if she wants to be president of the land, very little would be attained if she is unwilling to compromise.

Of course he was likely to lose! He was running against a candidate who has serious name recognition and was told he was not allowed to go to those states and let the people get to know him. She wishes the entire race could have excluded them both from campaigning because it gave her an unbeatable advantage! The fact that he is ahead of her is truly amazing given every advantage she had at the beginning. Sure, I buy that he didn't want to give Hillary Michigan as a talking point by having a more direct comparison there, but if it would have been an unfair comparison why should he? The fact that he wasn't allowed to introduce himself to the people of Michigan while running against a former first lady for eight years, gives her no legitimacy to her arguments here. The circumstances surrounding Fl & Mi tied his hands and guaranteed him no chance of winning or closing any gaps in those two states. Why should he have kept his name on the ballot just to play into what was a situation that was unfairly stacked for Senator Clinton from the start and would give her possible kindling to throw on the fire later (like now)?

How many Hillary supporters in FL will vote for Obama in November if they were not allowed to participate in the nominating process? The DNC and party elites have been promoting Obama for several years now. There is nothing democratic about this process

A Father/Daughter Talk

A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself a very liberal Democrat, and was very much in favor of 'the redistribution of wealth.'

She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.

One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.

Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She did not even have time for a boyfriend, and did not really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.

Her father listened and then asked, 'How is your friend Audrey doing?'

She replied, 'Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over.'

Her wise father asked his daughter, 'Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.'

The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, 'That wouldn't be fair! I have worked hard for my grades! I have invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!'

The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, 'welcome to the Republican Party.???

OTE FOR McCAIN !!!!

She wanted to run for the postion of president in a student organization. The platform she chose was that better cafeteria facilities should be provided to high GPA students since they have worked so hard. This caused resentment among the low GPA students since their belief was each student was equal in the university. Since the low GPA students formed the majority in the university, there was no way the daughter could win the election. Seeing this problem, she approached her dad and explained the problem. The dad smiled, nodded his head and said - "In any organization, there is always going to be a pyramid structure. Those at the top have to make sure that their position is safe. They can do this by keeping the people at the bottom distracted by other issues. In USA we do so by distracting the midele income and low income people with gun and religion. Why don't you offer subsidized beer to low GPA students? I am sure you will get a lot of supporters. Morever, the beer will make sure that they continue to party, not work hard and hence your position as a high GPA student is preserved"

As the dad and daughter had planned, she won the election on this agenda. With subsidized beer, more and more students began binge drinking. Soon class attendance dropped. Some of the classes had to be cancelled because of low attendance. The university's reputation also began to deteriorate. Meanwhile, the university from the neighbouring city was catching up.

Welcome to America !!! We clinge on to our guns and religion, while the chinese are overtaking us. If we dont take care of our mess, our people who are struggling, then who will.

These two states violated DNC 'Delegate Selection Rule 11 a', which dictates the timing of primaries.

A lesser known passage is 'Rule 20 - Section C 1. b'. This rule may force Barack Obama to forfeit his Florida delegates. This section states:

"A presidential candidate who campaigns in a state where the state party is in violation of the timing provisions of these rules, or where a primary or caucus is set by a state's government on a date that violates the timing provisions of these rules, may not receive pledged delegates or delegate votes from that state."

Take the percentage of both delegates and popular votes existing at the time of the meeting of the committee that Obama has and then give him those from both states. Give Hillary hers and go on. The rules provide that the two states are non grata, not persona non grata, but status non grata. This is the only equitable way to reinstate things. Status quo, rule protected.

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old Texas rancher, whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.

Eventually the topic got around to Obama and his bid to be our President.

The old rancher said, "Well, ya know, Obama is a 'post turtle'."

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was

.

The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle'.

"The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain.

"You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he is up there, and you just want to help the dumb ass get down."

You can say what you want about the South, but you never hear of anyone retiring and moving north.
