Unfortunately, I saw Keith Olbermann say that if Barack loses, it's all Hillary's fault. I was in absolute disbelief. I've sent MSNBC e-mails, etc., but to no avail.

So, here's my idea. Let's set up Operation Payback (Nins - you get credit for the name after thinking I was involved in Operation Chaos). As of today, I've cancelled my subscription to Newsweek and will NEVER watch MSNBC again. My relatives have done the same. If we hit these media outlets who have so mistreated Hillary in the pocketbook, maybe we can at least address some of the anger we're all feeling.

Obama supporters - do us all a favor and stay out of this with putdown comments. I think that this gives HRC supporters something we can do that is constructive and places blame (at least from my perspective) where it is due.

Hillary supporters - what do you think? If we pass this along to our friends, families and post it everywhere, I think we can make a difference. Both to

Comment: HRC supporters - while I haven't been as successful as I hoped on this site, I have found many allies on other sites including noquarterusa.net and CNN. I'd like to rename our project: Operation Respect. The goal is to go after those who have used vile and malicious comments against Hillary and make sure there are consequences for them - in particular, the folks at Newsweek, MSNBC and their advertisers.

Initially, we just need to ensure we are not boosting rates at MSNBC and Newsweek sees their subscriptions drop (which will lower advertising revenue). Thereafter, we will go after the advertisers (just like the right wing has done successfully in some of their campaigns).. I will be back in touch with boycott details. Thanks to those of you who have added ideas and better tactics than I initially proposed.

Obama supporters - I don't think Barack is behind any of this nor is my anger directed at him (although some of you are really pissing me off calling HRC supporters, dumb, ignorant, stupid, etc.). Please stay out of this and let HRC supports redress our grievances with the people that are really behind our anger.

HRC supporters - I know many of you are angry at Obama. CNN polls show that 17% of HRC supporters will vote for McCain and 22% plan to stay home. I understand. The GE is 5 months away. In the meantime, let's see if we can bring down Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, Howard Fineman, Jonathan Alter, etc., to at least take the edge off. Women will

What is the purpose of such a primary? One person should win. Now it appears that you are very angry that Clinton did not win. Of course you are blaming it on Newsweek, MSNBC, and maybe Obama himself. That is not rational at all. You are on the war path because Clinton lost. You want vengeance to satisfy this annoyance. But that does not achieve anything.

I think that the campaign was a good thing. Everyone made their point. It is over now and it should end there. So what should people do now according to you is to target individuals and establishments that may have criticized Clinton. Shoud the Obama camp also try to punish those who were not for Obama? I am really perplexed.

You know, if you carefully followed this campaign, you would note that Clinton was on top at the beginning. The comments about her were very good. But we must admit that she herself, based on her personality, and strategy, mess up her chances. I wanted her to win. But she did not do a good job. She hopefully will learn from all of this. She gave the impression that it was a right to be the next president of the US. This turned off many people. Her modesty was low on the scale compared to Obama's. She opened herself to ridicule at various points of the campaign and also lost points due to her agressive style towards Obama. She know it all and Obama was nothing. But the performance of Obama negated such comments from her. This also made the press to pick up what was newworthy. And believe me she made herself open to comments.

Another thing Clinton has done during this campaign that has turned people off is to, in a cunning way, try to incite people, not only against Obama, but against the Democratic party. This has not been a smart thing to do. In fact any reasonable person will see that Obama and Clinton have more in common than McCain. Both of them can be president. But the main difference between them both is their style. (Clinton is too self-centered and Obama is less. See how many times Clinton uses the word "I". Obama uses "we".) Clinton, I find, still has to learn that she cannot just get what she wants all of the time. The press has picked this up and that has angered her suporters. But, they are just making news and Clinton gave them stories.

While it may be difficult to influence people who passionately wanted Clinton to win, it is right to say that they should not become bitter to the extent of seeking out scapegoats. That is not noble and is not what we want to teach our children. No sir/ma'am! I think this is the time to just wind down and put things into perpective.

Hope I have not offended anyone by saying what I think.

Good day to you all.

Do you really think that voters are automatrons who vote the way their candidates says? Over half of those who were able to vote in the primaries, voted for Clinton and support her IN SPITE OF A HUGELY BIASED PRESS. Unlike Obaaaahmma sheep, we have minds of our own and will not be told by the press or Obaaaahmma who to vote for. Obaaaahma supporters and marketing machine made fun of us and called us uneducated and old. Now you want us to vote for your candidate? Hillary did not lose fair and square. Obaaaahma's camp controls the press pundits and convinced the inexperienced young voters to vote for the "cool" guy. Never mind he doesn't know what he's doing -- he'll make it up as he goes along. The only way Obaaaahma will win is with Hillary on the ticket. She's willing to do whatever it takes to put a Dem in the White House but Obaaaahma won't pick her 'coz he's the one who is prejudice.

Hillary supporters, we welcolm you with open arms to vote for our Democratic nominee, Obama. You are a Democrat? Let it go. Either way, we will overcome the doubts, subtle racism and lack of support. He is an inspiration for the new 21st century. You want to be stuck in the past? And dreffin, if all you can do is sit up at night and think of ways to undermine the party, you are sick.

____________________________________________________________

I don't understand this mentality really. Basically because I am a Democrat I am supposed to just vote Democrat regardless of whether or not I feel that Obama is qualified to be president. I personnally vote for who I feel will best lead the country and to me that person is not Obama. I was and still am a Hillary Clinton supporter, I feel she was most ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead and that she would have made the best president. I never at anytime felt this way about Obama and I still don't. That applies even if he puts Hillary on his ticket as the VP. To me he is not the correct choice for president, democrat or not. You can overcome whatever you want, but just because people vote against him that does not mean they are racist, we are allowed to have doubts and it's perfectly okay to not support someone if you don't feel they are right or ready for the most important job in the world. Unlike some I am not one of the sheep who will be lead blindly because of which political affliation I hold. That notion is just ridiculous, and to assume that all those who supported Clinton should automatically support Obama whether or not they feel he is the right person is just as ludicruis. Maybe she didn't win, but she had 18 million strong who felt that she should be president that is no small accomplishment. She made me proud to be a woman and positive that I can without hesitation tell the daughter I am about to give birth to that she can one day run to become the President.

For 20 years he sat by and allowed trusting black folks to wallow in the self-defeatism dished out by Rev. Wright. This is the same defeatist thought that is echoed through the African-American community today. Where was the message of "HOPE & CHANGE"? Where was the "YES WE CAN" cry when it was needed most? Who better to transform that backward thinking group than someone unscathed by the 60s? Just think what could have been if Mr. Obama had shown a modicum of leadership (or at the very least walked away). But he did absolutely nothing! Just thinking of his non-action send chills through my bones and evokes a wellspring of sadness that will never be assuaged.

I am even more grateful today that I was blessed with parents whose vision have long transcended race. Failing that, I and siblings could have easily been among the causalities of the missteps and missed opportunities that were there for the taking after the Civil Rights era. The selfless action by M art in Luther who paid the ultimate price is who should be lauded as being a hero "for all of us that have dreams and hope". That is, he did what was right without a single thought of the personal gains (or harm) to himself.

Finally, I would challenge every voter this November to think well on this and ask yourself if you could with a clear conscience give this man a pass - NO I CAN'T. For we become who we are by the folks we look to as heroes.

In the late 60's and 70's a typical American adult accepted a lot of inevitabilty....higher taxes, more regulationand more infrimgrements on our rights...inevitable more and more, creeping, choking.

The Liberal agenda on the march!

The spell was broken to accept the inevitable when at the Fedral level we all saw TAX CUTS,De-regulation, and a move to restore lost firearms rights succeed and continue to.

Americans could actually believe WE WILL BE ABLE TO BREATH! The inevitability was shown to be a myth, and ploy to chain up opposition to the creeping chocking!

This counter to inevitability distroyed the inevitabilty campaign...and for Liberals this was a CRISIS!

Brining us to Plight and Crisis campaigning! The creeping and choking must be done to address a crisis or a special interest groups' plight! The plight is always terrible! terrible! and if you don't agree then YOU are terrible!! Terrible!!

So the Plight and Crisis campaign relies heavily on discrimination campaigns against those terrible terrible ones who don't buy into the crisis crappola!

Hillary's inevitability campaign was DOOMED and a blast from the past the country moved away from (or at least the vast majority did.)

And Obama will have to keep plight groups "plight" in synch with the WHO DO WE HATE TODAY discrimination campaigning (however soft or subtle) which will be increasingly more difficult for him to do as we move to November!

McCain is not handi-capped in this way.

Obama not being ready for Presidency, because it simply points back to a group of over conservative people who are so damn afraid of change that they will vote for Sen. McCain no matter what his views on this countries issues. The people who are saying that this election has nothing to do with race is a lie. I would put my life up to say that race is one of the top 5 issues on the minds of Americans when it comes to this years Presidntial Elections. Yes, Sen Clinton had a miraculous campaign, and she has accomplished what no one thought she could, but Sen. Obama has done the unthinkable. The first black man to win the nomination of a major party. So lets not treat the man like he is some he is just some ole' dumb negro who doesn't know collard greens from international diplomacy. C'mon people were better than that.

OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!

John MCCain and his dog pack Republican impreached BILL CLINTON out of Oval office, for Monica lewisky scandal,Even Republican party Knows John MCCain scandal during his Military serivce in Vietnam to and fro from his base doing his sinful Bigamy affairs being allowed with Military Blessing ???cheat his first Wife...Just because at that time his Father incharge and Admiral right????/Now You Republican nominate him as Candidate??? what a Hypocrites Bunch!!!!!!

If US has a PRESIDENT of this magnitude appeals WOW !!!!!!really AMAZING real Talented never in AMERICAN history before,Im really PROUD to be American Again,,he's Zionist, Muslim, Christian, Black, White,Buddist,Hindu,Bengali,African,Red-Indian,Chinese,Japanese,Hawaiian,..........WOW this all are an ASSETS smart Americans can be proud of,only the FOOL and STUPID can treats this as LIABILITY that look exactly like themselves.

Barack Obama would actually be much better for America security. There's no doubt to me McCain would be better than Bush, the Bush years being probably as much about fueling terrorism than fighting it. But McCain would still represent (but less) what can be seen as America's arrogance, something that makes USA so unpopular around the world. A black man with Hussein as a middle name would send a clear message in Middle East that America is about freedom, an important contrast with some form of imperialism. Combined with Obama intelligence about understanding dialogging with enemies, I humbly think this would affect directly terrorism recruiting. I may sound over-optimistic, but I think his image alone as a president could do more for democracy in Middle East than any war.

This Economy common sense!! yet many Americans have difficulties to understand the basic of their existence in first place.Check out the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18 and 19). Take a look at Romans 1:22-32. Pretty sobering reading - if you are not too self-important and arrogant to think you've already got it all figured out and don't need the input of the Ancient of Days. Don't guess they teach Proverbs 1:7 at those Ivy League school.

A photo of it can currently be seen on eBay. This Yogi Berra quote summarizes the essence of the Clintons’ drive to win and their spirited campaign style. Don’t count them out from politics just yet.

and was disugsted. Didn't your mama ever tell you that someone wins and someone loses in a contest?

The reason I voted for Obama was not the fact that Hillary was a woman, but the fact that she told the Bosnia lie, messed up with her campaign finances, constantly told voters that even McCain would be better than Obama. She also mocked Mr. Obama. Then it was that a caucus state was not really important.

AND get this.. if you think that the public disrespected her WHAT DO YOU THINK BILL CLINTON DID TO HER.. fooling around with Monica was real respect.

Hillary actually won -- -- popular vote and electoral votes by any realistic measure -- by general election count or by the Republican’s formula. Obama's win by the democratic formula is an artificial one …. based on convoluted and yes undemocratic rules. Yes rule are rules .. but in the end democracy should triumph. That is paramount. ( Also, in their desperation to win Obama camp prevented FL and MI re-votes .. there was no rules against re-vote). That, the Obamaniacs cannot understand because they truly do not believe in HOPE. Hillary represents the hopes and aspiration of the people -- especially the underprivileged. The Obama people cannot understand that .. actually they understand that but want to ram through a false victory quickly before people realize how false their victory is. The Obama charade will be exposed by the Republicans (whose hands are not tied behind their backs like the Clintons’ were).

So my friends, we may need a candidate of change and a diversity candidate.. but Not this one .. Not Obama.

What is the point of this article? Did you mean to write an article on the Govenor of California?

The issue posed by dshussein seems more appropiate. Shouldn't Obama speak to his Islamic ties or associations to ensure centrist voters they are not voting for somebody who pretends to be something other than he is? Many of us voters would like to believe Obama is what he professes to be in his campaign speeches. If he actually is this person he would be a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stagnent social environment.

I have read two articles by this same journalist and have found both pointless.
