I'm going to get slammed for saying this but I don't care I'm going to save it. The two best Vice Presidential picks for McCain would clearly be Bobby Jindal or Sarah Palin. And McCain would pick them if he could. But the bottom line is the old line Republican bosses, the same cretins who managed to ram Bush through their party nomination process twice won't let McCain pick anyone but a white man for his VP. Dream on. It just ain't gonna happen. Clearly Jindal's the most qualified politician on the Republican side. He's got everything McCain needs: he's a governor with great executive experience, is younger and understands the economy. Ditto Sarah Palin. I'll give you 10-1 odds neither gets the nomination. Anyone care to bet me?

He has acknowledged that the Republican Party got way off course, and is super popular in Louisiana where he immediately started to get things done, which is what this country needs right now.

He can go toe to toe with Obama oratory skills which means any VP choice of Obama's would be at a disadvantage.

His American Dream story is every bit as strong as Obama's, and he is a man of color. Bobby and McCain together represent the chnaging demographics of our country, and can balance each other.

I would be totally OK with Jindal as President.

Pawlwnty to me, looks like jsut another slick politiciian and he and McCain don't reperent anyhting new. McCain is going to have go with someone that can capture the imigination of the country and the press.

Not only is loyalty important, but who can be the team that America believes will remake the Republican Party and this country. Maybe time for a risk.

This is the first time I heard the name. I think he needs to dazzle people with his VP choice rather than make people wonder who the guy is. I think he should pick Sam Brownback who is a solid conservative and has a lot of name recognition on the right of the spectrum, especially among Chrisitan Evangelicals. Brownback originally was a candidate for President in this election cycle.

IF McCain chooses Bobby Jindal he will not be able to play the race card. McCain HAS to play the race card to win. ON the upside JINDAL is very articulated but his parties agenda is misguided. THE INDIAN LOBBY IS VERY WEALTHY and INDIANS ARE PROSPERING ALL OVER AMERICA especially in the technology sector. IF JINDAL IS chosen every INDIAN in AMERICA will support McCAIN.

WE CANNOT LEAVE UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE WE CANNOT LET OUR BROTHERS DIE IN VAIN.

NOW THAT IS REAL BUL****. THAT STATEMENT IS GOVERNMENT IDEOLOGY AND NOT MILITARY IDEOLOGY.

COLIN POWELL SAID IT BEST. DEFINE YOUR MISSION CLEARLY SET YOUR OBJECTIVES AND USE OVERWHELMING FORCE AKA SHOCK AND AWE to accomplish your mission.

WE HAVE NO CLEAR AGENDA and NO CLEAR OBJECTIVES. WE ARE NOT SURE. SO HOW ON EARTH CAN WE JUSTIFY THE LOSS OF AMERICAN LIVES. AS LONG AS WE STAY IN IRAQ YOUNG AMERICANS WILL CONTINUE TO DIE IN VAIN. WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE MADE OUR POINT VERY CLEAR. WE ARE SICK OF IRAQ AND WE ARE SICK OF OUR DEPENDENCY ON MIDDLE EASTERN OIL.

OBAMA WILL BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

THE LAST FALLACY I WANT TO ADDRESS IS THAT THE SURGE IS WORKING.

THIS ARGUMENT IS SO CRAZY THAT IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN.

SURGE means temporary. OUR TROOPS PRESENCE IN THAT COUNTRY OF IRAQ IS THE MAIN REASON FUNDAMENTALIST HAVE FOR ATTACKING US.

WE NEED A PRESIDENT THAT WILL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR AMERICA NOT WHAT IS BEST FOR IRAQ.

As opposed to the ones who'll vote for McCain because he's White. Got it.

THE BIGGEST BEING THE IRAQ WAR.

JUST LIKE HILLARY HE JUST DOESN"T GET IT. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANT OUT OF IRAQ. THE IRAQ WAR IS WHAT GAVE OBAMA A VICTORY IN IOWA. McCAIN is going to get SMOKED in this election unless he changes his stance on IRAQ.

"NO AMERICAN LIFE IS WORTH IRAQI FREEDOM.

ANYONE WHO DISAGREES IS NOT A REAL AMERICAN" eddiewhere 2008

There is this argument out there that I hear our troops repeating over and over agian.

SO HOW ON EARTH CAN WE JUSTIFY THE LOSS OF MORE AMERICAN LIVES.

THE LATEST FALLACY IS THAT WE SHOULD STAY UNTIL WE WIN. WE HAVE ALREADY LOST.ESPECIALLY THE AMERICAN TAX PAYER and those poor AMERICAN SOLDIERS WHO LOST THEIR LIFE FOR NO LEGITIMATE REASON. THE BLIND JUST CANNOT SEE THAT.

THERE IS ONE CLEAR WINNER IN THIS WAR, HALLIBURTON AND OTHER PRIVATE CONTRACT FIRMS WHO FUNNELED BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, WITH THE HELP OF DICK CHENEY, FROM THE AMERICAN TAX PAYER.

LAUTENBERG REPORT CHECK IT OUT.

YES OBAMA DOES HAVE BIG LEAD AND IT WILL GET EVEN BIGGER BECAUSE McCAIN WANTS TO STAY IN IRAQ.
