Hillary and her minions cannot be the deciding factor here. Sen. Obama must be allowed to pick who he thinks is best and who he can best work with. A Black man for president and a woman for veep? Sounds wonderful to me.

I think Obama should choose Cheney...

He might as well, he's proposing to continue Bush's failed policies-- why not take on his VP?

After all, Obama is just going to be another puppet president like Bush, anyway.

People are preoccupied with the wrong things. No wonder they often put the wrong people in office. This statement caught my eye "Well again And that's exactly the kind of anxiety you do not want to raise in white working-class men — the fear that this handsome, charismatic black guy is after their women"!!!!

This is about Obama and Sebelius. If this is true of white working class men, then this class of citizens do have a real problem. For crying out loud, why should any stable person be bothered about such a team? I guess Freud would have had a good time analyzing such people, if it is true they hold such thoughts.

I hope not and hope that is not of importance to the press. Drop it!! It is too childish... or is it? Very worrisome. I am really perplexed.

There is a t.v. ad on Obama's Kansas values playing here in Florida. But, I'm confused. Are these the same Kansas values that Obama'a mother had? You know, the atheist that hooked up with an older, mulsim polygamist? And then dumped her child on her parents to raise? Are those the values the ad is referencing?

Andrew, You need to get a little closer to Kansas to know about her. She is not pro-life at all. She was financed by Dr. Tiller, her Atty General pick was financed by him and his PAC, Her Lt. Governor was a Dem trying to get out of the Rep party. Her atty gen will be found to have acted with conflict of interest. He has since resigned for getting caught sleeping around. She does not have a 62% approval rating and could not win another term now that she has pissed on the Kansas economy by doing the will of the DNC in shutting down development of the generating plants in West Kansas. She has no plans to provide for any future energy independence. She, like so many Dems, have brought us to the point of bowing to the Greens, instead of exercising leadership, and now we have $4 gas. Her last four years have been an exercise in "Pick Me, Pick Me" at the expense of what's best for Kansas. Her life from here on is based entirely on Obama winning.

She left the dept of insurance in a mess when she departed there to become Gov. of Kansas.

Just like Clinto, the folks wanted four more years, got it, and now regret it.

Fort Hays is dead wrong in his assumption that Sebelius couldn't win another term as governor of this state, as an Eastern Kansas Democrat raised in a Republican household in a hard right Republican town, she enjoys immense popularity where I live, and I can think of a lot of people from around here who would vote for Obama were she tapped for the VP position. Just because western Kansans are short sighted environmentally does not mean that the majority of Kansans are. I'm proud to have a governor who shows foresight in these matters, over the next few years the proposed coal plants would become an unsustainable financial nightmare due to the impending regulation of that very industry. Frankly, I hope she does get tapped, then I'll know that his candidacy has a proven leader who has a history of getting things done.

Great point on the whole white man paranoia about 'their' women. Great point. I am sometimes shocked that he even allows white women to hug him because the white man paranoia runs to their core DNA.

white people get over your paranoia, obama is half of your skin color he just looks more black but he was raised by you people. he is not going to enslave you, he isn't even part of that history, no slaves in his blood probably slave owners though.
