Maverick McCain.

Dear concerned citizens of America and Mass Media of the U.S.A.

As a concerned registered independent voter, forensic psychiatrist, disabled American I made my decision to vote after taking into consideration following joint tickets attributes and characteristics.

1. Has the ticket shown adequate calmness, coolness, and connectedness's under pressure to lead our nation [Presidential Temperament]?

2. Has the ticket shown sustained sound "Judgment and Caliber"?

3. Has the ticket shown adequate understanding of depth and degree to address the crucial challenges in their their purpose, policies, and positions [ Honesty, integrity and sincerity]?

4. Has the ticket sufficient "understanding and knowledge" of inside Washington workings [Experience]"?

5. Has the ticket reservoir resilience, wisdom, and vigor to address the present and future f our beloved "Great-grand Nation"?

6. Has the ticket enough joint foreign policy experience and exposure based on " Values, Virtues, Vastness, and " [American moral soul]"?

7. Has their campaign talk, slogans, ads, plans, and programs based on facts and are they free of fear, fiction, frivolous labels, unfair attacks, negativity, and impulsively? [No "imminent danger to national

security and safety"].

8. Has the ticket genuinely kept on message of country first and politics last and avoided copying [Message change"]?

11. Has the ticket thoughtful, real non-partisan, & non-impulsive plans to address our current economic crisis or political tactics and temperamental statements.

I have personally and professionally concluded that OBAMA-BIDEN ticket will lift and inspire our greatgrand nation back to its greatness within and restore our global standing with the use of maximum, firm

international diplomacy and minimal force if and when indicated {" Peace thru Strenght "}.

12. The era of responsibility has to replace irresponsibility and unaccountability will change to accountability and transparency. The Wall Street greed will change to Main Street need.

13. Temperamental and Angry McCain is out to play and create a card mistrust and distress around Obama with the Vail of claim that he will bring bipartisanship in Washington DC. He is destroying him claim every by painting Obama naive. It is tragic, sad, and unfortunate that so called Maverick McCain has already generated a disdain and demeaning face off in the debates and bailout suggestion. Obama is real Presidential and he maintained a smile during the debate and while McCain had a constant grin and disdain towards Obama.

Here is Obama's statement:

"[We need] a plan that would extend expiring unemployment benefits. For those Americans who have lost their jobs and have been working hard to find a new one, but haven't found one yet. That's part of the change we need. And then after this immediate problem, we've got the long-term fundamentals that will really make sure this economy grows. Change means tax code that doesn't reward the lobbyists who wrote it, but the American workers and small businesses that deserve it. As President I am going to eliminate capital gains taxes for small businesses and start-ups."

It talks about the fundamentals of what the economy is based on- not that the economy is fundamentally sound.

McCain has run a dishonest and dishonorable campaign and could put a stop to the ads right now if he chose. And what is with the free posting of McCain's nasty ads? Isn't that a contribution in-kind?
And what's untrue about what Gibbs said? I mean, how thin-skinned are you, Romano, about McCain? That was a pretty mild criticism.

Stop apologizing for McCain. And stop with the in-kind contributions to his campaign. I'm going to contact the FEC to see if it is illegal for professional journalists to air three free ads for a campaign.

President Bush got it right...when it comes to those singularly important issues of the day, the question is "Are you with me or Against me? There is no middle ground!"

No sitting on the fence.

Senator Obama needs to ask former President Bill Clinton that question, specifically.

The answer "it depends on what the meaning of the word 'Against'' is" is unacceptable. His answer will seal his fate.

This is real-life not Romper Room. People's needs are at stake.

Senator Obama will be the next President of the United States for a plethora of reasons.

For Senator McCain, his time has past.

The country sees 2 different worlds. The past full of division, hypocrisy, and racism, and the future filled with the potential of infinite possibilities for America and her children.

Man was created by God to evolve and improve day-by-day while moving into His future.

http://www.need4trth.blogspot.com

Camp McCain today issued a new Propaganda ad Called "rein", in which the RNC pointedly accusses the Democrats for the oncoming financial catastrophe that this current administration, and not too mention The past Administreation of Ronald W. Reagan' which begin this snowball effect when they begin undoing the regulations that were in place for banks....

Regarding "Regulating Banks: Enough Already" (Viewpoints, Feb. 7), let's see if I have it straight. Deregulation in the 1980's under President Reagan led to the savings and loan scandal, which led to the Federal bailout, which led to increasing the national debt -- and in the process caused some people to be led to jail.

Now comes Jay Baris, a New York financial services lawyer, arguing (presumably with a straight face) that President Clinton should further deregulate banks. Am I missing something?

THE CLINTON/REPUBLICAN FACTOR....

Clinton, Republicans agree to deregulation of US financial system

By Martin McLaughlin

1 November 1999

Use this version to print

An agreement between the Clinton administration and congressional Republicans, reached during all-night negotiations which concluded in the early hours of October 22, sets the stage for passage of the most sweeping banking deregulation bill in American history, lifting virtually all restraints on the operation of the giant monopolies which dominate the financial system.

The proposed Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 would do away with restrictions on the integration of banking, insurance and stock trading imposed by the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933, one of the central pillars of Roosevelt's New Deal. Under the old law, banks, brokerages and insurance companies were effectively barred from entering each others' industries, and investment banking and commercial banking were separated.

JOHN MCCAINS PART....

John McCain: The Deregulator

I don’t think anyone who wants to increase the burden of government regulation and higher taxes has any real understanding of economics and the economy and what is needed in order to ensure the future of this country.”

– John McCain [McCain Town Hall in Inez, Kentucky, 4/23/08]

McCain Is An Avid Supporter Of Lax Rules For Financial Institutions

McCain Supported A Banking Bill Because It Eliminated “The Tremendous Regulatory Burden Imposed On Financial Institutions.” While speaking in favor of bank deregulation on the floor of the senate, John McCain said, “This legislation takes a small but important step toward eliminating the tremendous regulatory burden imposed on financial institutions… One principal reason banks are unable to make loans is the bewildering array of statutory and regulatory restrictions and paperwork requirements imposed by Congress and the regulatory agencies. While a case can certainly be made that every law and regulation is intended to serve a laudable purpose, the aggregate effect of the rapidly increasing regulatory burden imposed on banks is to cause them to devote substantial time, energy and money to compliance rather than meeting the credit needs of the community.” [Congressional Record, 11/19/93; emphasis added]

so we now have a brief history leading up to this mess and John McCain is wrapped right in the middle of the NET of blame he is trying to cast on the DEMOCRATIC PARTY

while he lies in this propaganda ad that Obama is silent...

You fail to mention Bush in 2003 attempting to place oversight of Fannie Mae and Mac but failing to do so because of the Democrats.

You fail to mention in 2005 McCain attempting the same thing but failing because of the Democrats.

You fail to mention Obama, Dodd, Kerry... receiving massive donations from from the Fannie's to do what? TO PROTECT THEM from whom? Bush and McCain.

The Frannies did not want oversight nor did the democrats want others to know that their great experiement FAILED (and especially others to know that they the democrats set this country up for the current financial meltdown). (Especially in an election year............).

Bush and his 8 years didnt cause this mess. Giving people who couldnt afford houses, who defaulted, which were guaranteed by the Frannies ...along with mortgage securities which became worthless....

Didnt you know that Obama (while working at a law firm) as a lawyer sued banks who didnt lend enough sub-prime mortgages... ya sue a bank to force them to lend to someone WHO CANT AFFORD or QUALIFY for the house in the first place.......... Really great stuff there ...... I want one!

That would debunk some who want to dump this soley in the Democrats' lap/ Also it was McCain who was one of the loudest and longest proponents of deregulation the one thing that allowed all the rest of this to happen in the first place. It is what is the result of trickle down economics. See how much those golden parachute guys trickled the pennies down to the rest of us. Millions took all that trickle down money and bought houses and businesses etc. Bush 41 called it voodoo economics and he was right.
