The democrats have and continue to demonstrate their fear of Sarah Palin and her abilities.

They have at every opportunity expressed their angist and bad taste as well as inbred political attack techniques against John Mc Cain and his running mate Sarah Palin.

It is understandable in that they have only Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carters' presidencies since 1977 to look back on.And as we remember Bill was a child molester in the white house and got impeached.Jimmy was a wash out in trying to get our people out of Iran. So its no wonder the democrats have little or no respect for anyone not of their cult.

Dear John Am, YOU are a moron! Nixon quit before he was impeached. Let's not even talk about Ford, Bush 1 was so ineffectual that he got only 1 term, Clinton was a great president who couldn't resist Lewinsky but the country was in great shape, Bush 2 has run it into the ground and is the president with the lowest approval rating EVER. Just remember Lewinsky was not a child, Jimmy Carter wasn't a great president but he is a great man, and McCain is just a person who wouldn't know the truth if it hit him over the head. Clinton cheated on his wife, but so did JOHN McCAIN and he divorced a maimed woman in order to marry a beer heiress. No one is afraid of Sarah Palin unless she has a shotgun (and apparently that boy who knocked up her daughter knows all about that). If you rremember your facts, Jimmy got the people out of Iran only Reagan took credit for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! McCain is a liar and Palin is right there with him.

I work for the student newspaper at the University of Nevada, Reno (The Nevada Sagebrush). I was at the rally shooting next to Whittaker and watched a member of the crowd hand the scarf to one of her assistants. Palin had already passed the section in which it came from, but her assistants were helping grab more items to sign when they were handed this scarf to give to Palin. She first looked at it for less than a second, then put it on and said thank you over a crowd of people and went on signing autographs. I was like Whittaker and did not notice the donkeys until our photos ended up on blogs yesterday.

A totally understandable result considering the circumstances-

whether you like her or not-this is simply an "here's an amusing incident" pic

A better thought for discussion is, Why would "ObabmaYes We Can" think that his rant

would be mistaken for intelligent discourse or that it was necessary, worth reading or is

likely to make anyone in their right mind think highly of his opinion or his candidate?

I find it very confusing when I come across such nonsense-and sadly it is happening everywhere

Where, oh where, does one go to find intelligent discussion if not at Newsweek?
