I'm sorry.. but the common cold is more contagious than HIV.

I'm sorry.. but the common cold is more contagious than HIV.

================

What a stupid comment! We are comparing a common cold to HIV. Let's see the common cold is rarely fatal while AIDS has killed more than 25 million since it was recognize in 1981. Speaking of contagious diseases.....do you think that we should keep our borders open during this swine flu epidemic? I think this administration failed to act swiftly in saying whether or not we should close the borders myself.

I said no, the common cold is more infectious. In fact, HIV/AIDS is no longer the guaranteed death sentence that it once was.

As a HIV possitive person, you are more likely to catch my cold, than contract HIV from me.

When it comes to the swine flu, yes greater precautions need to be taken with it. Why? Because like the common cold or a regular flu, it is highly contagious compared to HIV. HIV requires rather specific means to be passed on to another individual.

Montyne's Inferno tells some interesting things. Only the author knows if it is true, and it is great how he put it together. People should check it out, just thought someone would want to know...
