She doesn't have to actually run for office in order to pump up the volume, not unlike what Cheney and Newt are currently doing.

Just because democrats have 60 seats in the senate this is not a time to be complacent. The Sarah Palins of the world will try damn hard to see that change in 2010.

You couldn't blame her for that since so many Liberal politicians and media hacks think it is sport to attack her or her family. Or maybe as mac inferred she will be loosed to attack Obama's insane policies against America. The insane policies comment is mine, not mac101s. Liberals hate her because they fear her message of common sense economics. They hate her because she graduated from the U of Idaho and not Harvard, Yale or Stanford. They hate here because she is a Christian and pro-life. Etc., etc.

I have a feeling she will have a positive impact on the 2010 election for Republicans and you Liberals can hate her even more.

Teddy, we are not against affordable healthcare. We are against the Govt taking over health care which they want to do no matter how Obama spins it. Medicare and Medicaid are broke. SS is broke. Canada and England have crappy Govt run health care programs. How about Tort reform to lower costs and tax credits to people so they can buy their own insurance?

Romney in 2012

Why the equivocation? Seems that any attempt to avoid the appearance of quitting is made even worse by the transparent hair-splitting.

However, looking at the Alaska constitution -- http://law.justia.com/alaska/constitution/constitution-3.html -- perhaps they're being careful to not say Palin is resigning so they can preserve her option to act under Section 9 instead of 11 (temporary leaving of office vs. succession). This is also clear here -- http://www.gov.state.ak.us/news.php?id=1950 -- where they say the Lieutenant General will move into the "role" of the Lieutenant Governor, rather than "become" Lieutenant Governor.

John Weaver,a former Senior Strategist for McCain's Presidential Bids.

"Policy is Politics and Palin Has No Real Accomplishments as Governor"

---------------------------------

2. Rich Killion, Adviser to Gov. Mitt Romney,

"How can Palin convince a General Election Audience How Quitting on her Constituents is a Good Thing"

---------------------------------------

Those Statements are [Factual & Actual] 2 1/2 yrs as Governor...

Palin has No [Accomplishments]

There is No [Alaskan Gas Pipeline]

--------------------------------------------------------

Palin Gave 500 Million Dollars of State Money to a Company [Trans-Canada] that Cannot Provide [Gas] Only make the Pipeline. The Deal she made was [Dumber than the Dumbest]

500 Million in Seed Money for a Pipeline that will Cost [27 1/2 Billion $$] minus Palin's 500 Million and Guess where the Financing-Money of such a Project will come From...The Federal Government, that's who !!

It is Big Oil-Gas who Own All the [Gas Land Leases]

Meaning, The Dummy [Palin] Passed Legislation that Excluded [Big Oil-Gas] from Bidding on the Project. Leaving Only [Trans-Canada] as the Lone Bidder. The sad thing about all of this is, Big Oil-Gas can Finance this Entire Deal, minus Palin using the State of Alaska's [500 Million] and still give Alaskan's their [Socialist, Windfall Profit Tax Money] Probably More.

Two of [Big Oil-Gas] Biggest Companies are going Forward with their Own Gas Pipeline Project, they do Own the Gas Land Leases.

While Palin's Project is Muddied in Litigation which is [Her Fault]

It will take YEARS to cut through all the Legal issues Involving Palin's Project and she knows it too, let alone the Actual Building of the Gas Pipeline after Litigation, it will also take [8-10 YEARS] after Litigation, that's Exactly why she [Quit] and still tries to [Mislead] Americans via her Rambling Exit, regarding her so called Accomplishments which are [None] to be Exact.

Especially regarding Palin's Gas Pipeline, that Does not Exist, At All.

I said before and will say, Now...

Sarah Palin is a [Hollow,Floating,Bubble]

"She's not going to be a Help for Republicans. ...

I think people would be playing with FIRE (to count on her to HELP the GOP)."

But Politics is an Unpredictable Game.

People can kid themselves but she doesn't have what it takes to be a large political figure. All I've ever really heard from her is pandering. I say this as a conservative, that I just don't think she'll ever have a real chance to be president of the United States. Just thinking about her being president should bring anyone down to earth.
