He's very deserving, though I've read his blog only a short time. I have some blogs that I wish were doing half-million a month in traffic including&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But as we all know, it isn't the fault of the blog site as much as the blogger if it isn't really &amp;quot;rocking&amp;quot; or knocking out the walls of communication. I did note one thing that Hoft said on his blog which is very important. He said that he spends most of his time studying various blogs, systems, etc. and I know that when &amp;nbsp;he learns something he incorporates those ideas into how he can better communicate on his blog. Hats off to you, Jim, I'm sold on you and will continue to be one of the half million.&lt;/p&gt;
