If this article suggests now is a good time to buy, next year will be an even better time to buy. The best thing prospective home buyers can do right now is continue renting. Even better home prices and even lower interest rates will be available a year from now. What is the rush to go out and purchase a home now with the economy and employment situation worsening? The best strategy is to put off any major purchase for at least another year. This article is giving irresponsible advice.
